This reel line has a three core construction and bridges the gap between braid and nylon monofilament. A stretch factor of approximately 12% almost half that of normal nylon monofilament, means more accuracy on casts when clipped up and more direct contact when playing fish. It is marketed as both hardwearing and abrasion resistant. Due to its relatively low diameter, it is much easier to achieve longer distances and you can step up to 15lb from 12lbs with no loss in range and with all the benefits of the extra breaking strain.
