The D7 has a 16 degree down turned eye and a subtle curved point which is straight in line without end reverse. The shank has been left deliberately short and this critical combination of features provides the highest hooking ratio and the most secure hook hold. Micro barb, fine curved point, X strong wire gauge heavily forged.
